ENS has issued the current brochure driven by its focus on the steady evolution in the mould market and by the demand of high precision guiding elements for the increasing field of high-speed stamping, typical of electronical components and electric motors.
The leaflet resumes the successful design and appreciated layout of the general catalogue introduced in June 2025 and presents a range of guiding components that satisfy the main standard, such as ISO, AFNOR and similar, by expanding and improving the company general catalogue.
Among the others, the brochure highlights the following new components:

- Conical pillars (cod. C5726)
- Threaded conical bushes (cod. B1F64)
- Demountable conical pillars (cod. BEAC39 – BEC736)
- Threaded bushes for sphere groups (cod. B1FG45 – B1FG772)
- Demountable bushes for sphere groups (cod. BEAG44 – BEAG46 – BEG737 – BEG738)
- New ball cages (cod. GS741)
- New accessories to assemble and fasten guide elements groups
Moreover, both our attention to the growing stamping market – oriented to electric motors components, cells and battery packs – and our attention to the construction of high-speed moulds give us the opportunity of developing a special technical support service for special roller and ball cages supplied on customer’s indication, with dimensions up to 200-400 mm diam.
In this case there are not standard products, but only items on demand based on the customer’s specification.
ENS is confident that the two new initiatives will be a good stimulus for the development of new business and a further purpose of consolidation of its new products in particular demanding and qualified technical areas.
